The municipality of Piagapo through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites accredited suppliers for the Procurement of poultry feeds and livestock (poultry animals) with an approved budget of Php500,000.00
Location: Piagapo, Lanao del Sur
Cost of Bidding Documents: Php1000.00
Source of Fund : 20% Development Fund
1. Procurement will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures in accordance with RA 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
2. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizen, sole proprietorship, partnership or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) of the interest or oustanding capital stock belongs to the citizens of the Philippines;
3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Municipal Government of Piagapo and inspect the Bidding Documents at the Executive Conference Room, Municipal Hall, Piagapo, Lanao del Sur at 8:00 AM August 28, 2025 to September 04, 2025
4. The BAC will use non-discretionary pass/fail criteria in the eligibility check and preliminary examination of bids.
