1. The Department of Education (DepEd), Division of Panabo City, through the School-Based Feeding Program, intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Twenty-Three Thousand Sixteen Pesos (Php1,523,016.00) only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Nutritious Food Products (NFP) for the School-Based Feeding Program FY 2025.
Bids received more than the ABC shall automatically be rejected at bid opening.
