  Milk should be in good condition, frozen or in ice blast form, not expired, no signs of spoilage, not curdled, slimy and no sour smell. Individually packed, in food grade foil/polyethylene pouches or 1pouch per beneficiary for the number of feeding days.
  The packaging must be clearly readable, with Manufacturing Date, Expiration Date and batch and lot numbers. If possible, a laser printed sign or in waterproof stickers per pack which indicates "DepEd SBFP NOT FOR SALE" shall be seen. Expiration date should be at least 5 days from the date of production.
