Procurement of 125,000 Sets Manila Vital Care Kit

1. The City Government of Manila, through the LDRRMF - 70% FY 2020, 2021, 2022 Capital Outlay intends to apply the sum Four Hundred Eighty Million Pesos (Php480,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the procurement of 125,000 Sets Manila Vital Care Kit / ITB No. 2025-01-15. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Manila now invites Bids from eligible Bidders for the above procurement project for Manila Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office. Delivery of Goods is required by Ninety (90) Calendar Days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Prospective Bidders should have completed within the last three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, at least two (2) similar contracts and the aggregate contract amounts should be equivalent to at least twenty five percent (25%) of the approved Budget for the Contract (ABC).
