INVITATION TO BID NO. 2024-12-221A

Procurement of Security Services for deployment to the Division of City Schools
for the period February to December 31, 2025

1. The City Government of Manila, through the Special Educational Fund (SEF) - Security Services intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Five Hundred Five Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty Four and 50/100 Pesos only (Php7,505,734.50) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the procurement of Security Services for deployment to the Division of City Schools for the period February to December 31, 2025/ ITB No. 2024-12-221A. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Manila now invites Bids from eligible Bidders for the above procurement project for Division of City Schools. Delivery of Services is required by Twelve (12) months upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Prospective Bidders should have completed, within the last three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a Single Largest Completed Contract (SLCC) that is similar to the contract to be bid equivalent to ...
