Procurement of Digitization Project Phase I (Infrastructure)

1. The City Government of Manila, through the Capital Outlay - Intangible Assets Computer Software FY 2021 / 2024 intends to apply the sum of Nineteen Million Pesos Eight Hundred Eighty Five Thousand Sixty Four Pesos (Php19,885,064.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Procurement of Digitization Project Phase I (Infrastructure) / ITB No. 2024-09-130 Bids received in excess of the ABC for the lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Manila now invites Bids from eligible Bidders for the above procurement project for City General Services Office. Delivery of Goods is required by One Hundred Eighty (180) Calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
