ENHANCEMENT OF COMMUNICATION SYSTEM FOR THE DMW 24/7 PUBLIC
INFORMATION AND ASSISTANCE CENTER
1. The Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) through the FY 2025 General Appropriations Act/
Capital Outlay, intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Pesos (₱9,000,000.00) being the
Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Enhancement of
Communication System for the DMW 24/7 Public Information and Assistance Center”
(Project ID No. ITB 13-2025). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at
bid opening.
2. The DMW now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods/Services is
required for sixty (60) days upon the receipt of the Notice to Proceed or Purchase Order. Bidders
should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a
contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding
Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
