SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF BANDWIDTH AGGREGATOR
MANAGEMENT SOLUTION
1. The Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) through the FY 2025 General Appropriations Act/
Capital Outlay, intends to apply the sum of Five Million Nine Hundred Sixty-Nine Thousand Six
Hundred Forty-Two Pesos and Eighty-Six Centavos (₱5,969,642.86) being the Approved
Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Supply, Delivery and
Installation of Bandwidth Aggregator Management Solution” (Project ID No. ITB 11-2025).
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DMW now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods/Services is
required for forty-five (45) days upon the receipt of the Notice to Proceed or Purchase Order.
Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of
