1. The Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) through the FY 2025 General Appropriations Act -
Capital Outlay, intends to apply the sum of Six Million Pesos (₱6,000,000.00) being the Approved
Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Supply, Delivery, Installation
and Configuration into Operational State of Hardware and Software for Two (2) Units Server
Load Balancer with Web Application Firewall” (Project ID No. ITB 05-2025). Bids received in
excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DMW now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods/Services is
