PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS MATERIALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF PERIMETER FENCE AT THE EASTERN PORTION OF CES LOT
1. The Barangay Government of Cabuluan West, through, the Barangay Government of Brgy Wesintends to apply TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY EIGHT THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED EIGHTEEN & 52/I00 (278,518.52) PESOS, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Project Reference No. 005-2025 CONSTRUCTION OF PERIMETER FENCE AT THE EASTERN PORTION OF CABULUAN ELEM SCHOOL LOT, Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bidding.
2. The Barangay Government of Cabuluan West now invites bids for the supply and delivery of various materials for use in the construction of the said project. Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of the NTP. Bidders should have completed within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents particularly, in Section II, Instructions to Bidders.
