  for the Procurement of Construction/Rehabilitation of Perimeter Fence

  1. The Provincial Government of Agusan del Norte through the 20% DF CY 2025, Account Code No. 8919-300-003 intends to apply the sum of Php. 4,999,752.07 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction/Rehabilitation of Perimeter Fence Capitol Compound, Butuan City, Agusan del Norte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  
  2. The Provincial Government of Agusan del Norte now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 126 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
