Description : 1. The BLGU - DANLAGAN RESERVA OF GUINAYANGAN, QUEZON, through the KALAHI CIDSS KKB-CDD intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Twenty Nine Thousand Two Hundred Pesos (P 129, 200.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Medical Equipment and Amenities for the Construction of Barangay Health Station at Barangay Danlagan Reserva. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening.

2. The BARANGAY DANLAGAN RESERVA OF GUINAYANGAN, QUEZON now invites Bids from eligible Bidders for the Supply and Delivery of Medical Equipment and Amenities as follows:
