Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
IT SERVICE MANAGEMENT MAINTENANCE SERVICES
(ITB-NGPA-SSS-GOODS-2025-022)

1) The Social Security System (SSS), through the 2025 Corporate Operating Budget under Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE) with Code PAP 2025-0281 of the Annual Procurement Plan, intends to apply the sum of Five Million Four Hundred Five Thousand One Hundred Twenty Pesos (₱ 5,405,120.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IT Service Management Maintenance Services. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The SSS now invites bids for IT Service Management Maintenance Services. Delivery of the Goods is Within two (2) years from receipt of Notice to Proceed and Signed Contract. Bidders should have completed within a period of five (5) years prior to the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
