This transformation focuses on enhancing service efficiency, improving vendor collaboration,and strengthening operational resilience through innovative technologies and refined outsourcing strategies. The overarching goal is to establish a flexible, efficient, and resilient IT support structure that caters to the needs of ADB's diverse workforce and supports its long-term strategic objectives.Atthe core of this transformation is the reimagining of the IT Service Desk into an integrated, automated, and user-centric service delivery model.
