1. The Municipality of Balamban, through the MTO - I.T Equipment & Software Outlay- Continuing & Current,MCR - Information & Communication Technology (I.T) Equipment intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED NINETY FOUR THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (₱ 294,000.00) being the total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for I.T. EQUIPMENT (Desktop). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
