Section I. Invitation to Bid for Proposed Elevated Water Tank of Iloilo Sports Complex at Magsaysay Village, La Paz, Iloilo City

1. The Iloilo Provincial Government, through the Capital Outlay CY 2024 S.B. No.3 - Other Structures intends to apply the sum of P 730,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for ISC-25-1745-B for the Proposed Elevated Water Tank of Iloilo Sports Complex at Magsaysay Village, La Paz, Iloilo City for the Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Iloilo Provincial Government now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within Forty (40) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
