Description : Dear Sir/Madam:

The Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management Corporation (PSALM) is conducting the Procurement of Various IT Hardware Accessories (Project Reference No. 2025-SHOPPING-VITHA-054-01) with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) in the amount of ONE HUNDRED SIXTY TWO THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED NINETY EIGHT PESOS (PHP 162,998.00), inclusive of delivery costs and all applicable taxes.

In this regard, may we invite your company to submit a proposal for this procurement project based on the requirements set forth in the Terms and Conditions (Annex “A”) and Detailed Bid Price Schedule (Annex “B”).

Your proposal shall include copies of the following documents:

1. PhilGEPS Registration or latest PhilGEPS Certificate;
2. Latest Mayor-s or Business Permit issued by the city or municipality where the principal place of business of the prospective bidder is located; and
3. Duly accomplished Detailed Bid Price Schedule (Annex “C”).
