Dear Sir/Madam:

The Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management Corporation (PSALM) is procuring the Subscription of Video Conferencing Software with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) in the amount of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (PHP150,000.00), inclusive of delivery costs and all applicable taxes.

In this regard, may we invite your company to submit a quotation for this project based on the requirements set forth in the Schedule of Requirements (Annex A), Technical Specifications (Annex B) and the Detailed Bid Price Schedule (Annex C).

Your quotation shall include copies of the following documents:
