Dear Sir/Ma-am:

The Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management Corporation (PSALM) is
conducting the Procurement of Safety Shoes/ Working Shoes for Various Cost
Centers (Project Reference No. 2025-SHOPPING-SSVCC-061-01) with an Approved
Budget for the Contract (ABC) in the amount of TWO HUNDRED TEN THOUSAND
PESOS (PHP210,000.00), inclusive of delivery costs and all applicable taxes.

In this regard, may we invite your company to submit a proposal for this procurement
project based on the requirements set forth in the Terms and Conditions (Annex “A”)
and Detailed Bid Price Schedule (Annex B).
