Description : 1. The Municipality of Tuba, through the Budget for the contract approved by the Sanggunian under Annual Budget CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php300,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for 1 LOT. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
