NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT FOR TWO FAILED BIDDINGS NO. 2025-004
1. The Philippine Coconut Authority Region VIII, through the CY 2025 Coconut Village
Development Project (CVDP) - Coconut Carabao Development Project (CCDP)
component intends to apply the sum of Four Million Pesos Only (₱4,000,000.00) being the
ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Crossbred Buffaloes
(42 Heads) for CVDP-CCDP CY 2025 with public bidding no. 2025-004. This procurement
shall be undertaken through Negotiated Procurement (Two-Failed Biddings) after two (2)
consecutive public biddings have failed. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.
