UNDER IB NO. 26-03 (NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT- TWO FAILED BIDDINGS)
1) In view of the two (2) failed biddings, The Department of Health Bicol Center for Health Development (DOH Bicol CHD), through the General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of Three Million Three Hundred Thirty-Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Seventeen Pesos and Ninety-Two Centavos Only (Php 3,337,717.92) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Provision of Janitorial Services for the period March 1, 2026 - December 31, 2026 under IB No. 26-03 (Negotiated Procurement- Two Failed Biddings). Quotations received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of quotations.
