Description : 1) The Department of Health - Tagaytay Treatment and Rehabilitation Center, through
the General Appropriations Act - National Expenditure Program 2026 intends to
apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Sixteen Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety
Pesos (P1,216,890.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments
under the contract for Negotiated Procurement -Two Failed Biddings of Meals for
FY 2026 WFP Activities / RFP-2025-004. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Department of Health - Tagaytay Treatment and Rehabilitation Center now
invites bids for Negotiated Procurement -Two Failed Biddings of Meals for FY 2026
WFP Activities / RFP-2025-004 using the following tools in Procurement Strategies:
Early Procurement Activities. Delivery of the Goods is required for FY 2026. Bidders
should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt
