Description : INVITATION FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT
(TWO FAILED BIDDINGS)

1. The National Maritime Polytechnic (NMP), intends to procure the project for Supply and Delivery of Various Waterborne Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) One Million Eight Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos and 00/100 (P1,880,000.00) under NP No. 2025-001-G.

2. NMP, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) now invites technically, legally, and financially capable suppliers to negotiate for the said project.

3. The Procurement procedure for this requirement is Negotiated Procurement due to Two Failed Biddings pursuant to Section 53.1 of the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184, otherwise known as the Government Procurement Reform Act, including Annex “H” thereof.

The selection of the successful offer shall be based on the best and final offer that will be submitted on the set deadline by the BAC and which would meet the minimum technical specifications required.
