SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF DRUGS AND MEDICINES (Regular Fund) (March-December 2025)

1. In view of the two (2) failed public biddings, Philippine Orthopedic Center Bids and Awards Committee (POC-BAC) invites interested bidders to participate in the negotiation for DRUGS AND MEDICINES (Regular Fund) (March-December 2025) with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of PHP5,416,625.60 (FIVE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED SIXTEEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE PESOS AND 60/100) in accordance with Section 35.1 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009, otherwise known as the “THE NEW GOVERNMENT PROCUREMENT ACT”.
