INVITATION FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT: TWO (2) FAILED BIDDINGS FOR ONE (1) LOT CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE SYSTEM OF PHILIPPINE ORTHOPEDIC CENTER (POC)

1. In view of the two (2) failed public biddings, Philippine Orthopedic Center Bids and Awards Committee (POC-BAC) through Hospital Income 2025 invites interested bidders to participate in the negotiation for ONE (1) LOT CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE SYSTEM OF PHILIPPINE ORTHOPEDIC CENTER (POC) with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of PHP9,000,000.00 (Nine Million Pesos) in accordance with Section 35.1 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009, otherwise known as the “THE NEW GOVERNMENT PROCUREMENT ACT”.
