MEDICAL SUPPLIES (MAY - DECEMBER 2025)

1. In view of the two (2) failed public biddings, the Philippine Orthopedic Center Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites interested bidders to participate in the negotiation for the Medical Supplies with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Fourteen Million Eight Hundred Seventeen Thousand Four Hundred Sixty - Four Pesos (14,817,464.00) in accordance with Section 35.1 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009, otherwise known as the “THE NEW Government Procurement Act.”
