MEDICAL SUPPLIES AND INSTRUMENTS
In view of the two (2) failed public biddings, the Philippine Orthopedic Center Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites interested bidders to participate in the negotiation for the Supply and Delivery of Medical Supplies with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Seven Hundred Sixty-Six Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Pesos (766,750.00) in accordance with Section 53.1 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act.”
