  Description : In light of the two (2) failed biddings, the Ministry of Transportation and
  Communications, through its Special Bids and Awards Committee (SBAC), invites
  PhilGEPS-registered suppliers with technical, legal, and financial capability to
  participate in the Negotiated Procurement for the SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND
  COMMISSIONING OF 26FT. PATROL BOAT, in accordance with Section 53.1 of the
  Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (RIRR) of Republic Act No. 9184.
  2. The Approved Budget for the Contract is Three Million Pesos (₱3,000,000.00),
  inclusive of all taxes, for the Negotiated Procurement for the SUPPLY, DELIVERY
  AND COMMISSIONING OF 26FT. PATROL BOAT.
  3. The SBAC will negotiate with a sufficient number of suppliers to ensure effective
  competition. The selection of the successful offer will be based on the best and final
  offer submitted by the specified deadline that meets the required technical
  specifications.
