In view of the Two (2) failed biddings, the Municipality of Caraga through its Bids and Awards Committee, invites interested bidders to participate in the negotiation for the Procurement of Goods- -Supply and Delivery of Various Construction and Plumbing Materials for Rehabilitation of Water System at Brgy. PM Sobrecarey, Caraga Davao Or., with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Three Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand and Seven Hundred Seventy Pesos only (Php399,770.00 )in accordance with section 53.1 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act.”
