Dear Sir/Madam:
This has reference to the above-captioned items which this local government intends for its immediate procurement to address the needs of the constituents.
A public bidding for the said procurement was already conducted last April 3, 2025 however there was no interested bidder. The second public bidding was scheduled last April 22, 2025 however it was declared by the Head of Procuring Entity (HOPE) as a failure because there was no interested bidder. The BAC recommended to declare the bidding a failure and resort to Negotiated Procurement under Section 53.1. ... - Documents :
