• Project Name: Lease of Property for Official Use (Location for Temporary Residual Containment Area).
• Location Requirement: Within the Municipality of San Fernando, Masbate.
• Minimum Floor Area Requirement: At least 75 sqm.
• Approved Budget for the Contract: P15,500.00 monthly, inclusive of taxes.
• Contract Duration: September-December 2025, renewable for successive one (1) year terms upon mutual agreement of both parties, and subject to availability of appropriation.
