  The City Government of Catbalogan, through the CY 2025 various offices and program fund, intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THIRTY-EIGHT THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED PESOS (P2,538,600.00) ONLY being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) with a contract duration from January - March , 2025 under Section 53.10 of RA 9184 Lease of Venue with catering services and for Goods 2025-001 (NP). Partial bids is allowed and Bids received in excess of the ABC per activity shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
