1.The Mindanao State University-General Santos City (MSU-GSC), is conducting Negotiated Procurement, under Two-Failed Public Biddings, for the Procurement of Agricultural Supplies & Equipment for the OPAPRU MNLF Transformation Program- Lot - 1) with the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of One Million Six Hundred Twenty-Six Thousand Seven Hundred Pesos and 00/100 only (Php 1,626,700.00 with contract No. FS-Basilan-010-1332-24. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The MSU-GSC now invites proposal/ quotations from technically, legally, and financially capable suppliers for the aforementioned Procurement.
