Pursuant to Section 35.1 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009 on Negotiated Procurement under Two Failed Biddings, the Agricultural Training Institute - Regional Training Center VI (ATI-RTC VI), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites your company to participate in the negotiation for the Procurement of Security Services for ATI-RTC VI Facilities and Resources.

The negotiation meeting shall be conducted on June 1, 2026 at 2:00 to 5:00 PM at the ATI-RTC VI Board Room, ASU Compound, Banga, Aklan.

Attached herewith is the Terms of Reference (TOR) for your initial reference regarding the project procurement. Clarifications, discussions, and negotiations on the technical and financial requirements shall be undertaken during the negotiation meeting.
