Description : INVITATION TO SUBMIT QUOTATION

1. The Local Government Unit of Macrohon through Trust Fund 2025, due to 2nd Failure of Bidding now invites bidders to submit sealed Quotation to enter into contract on award for the Diversified Livelihood Projects for the Parents of Child Laborers LGU-Macrohon (Auto Repair, Carpentry, Dressmaking, Pedicab and Fishing) of the Municipality of Macrohon, Southern Leyte with an Approved Budget for the Contract of Three Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos (Php 360,000.00) which has a project duration of Fifteen (15) calendar days.

2. Quotation will ne submitted to the Municipal BAC Office of Macrohon, Southern Leyte on or before September 23, 2025 (Tuesday), until 10:00AM and must be accompanied by a Bid Security either of the following forms: cash, certified check, cashier's check, bank draft, irrevocable letter of credit or bank guarantee, or Bid Securing Declaration as prescribed under Sec. 27.2. 27.5 respectively of RA 9184.
