Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY OF TWO (2) UNITS CISCO DNA LICENSE SUBSCRIPTION FOR CISCO CATALYST C8300 FOR THE DIGITAL INNOVATION CENTER (ITB-2025-016)
1. The UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES VISAYAS, through the EARMARKED 2025-06-627 DIC (TLA INTERNET FEES) intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED THIRTY THOUSAND PESOS (P1,230,000.00) ONLY being the ABC to payments under the contract for “SUPPLY OF TWO (2) UNITS CISCO DNA LICENSE SUBSCRIPTION FOR CISCO CATALYST C8300 FOR THE DIGITAL INNOVATION CENTER (ITB-2025-016)”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES VISAYAS now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 days from receipt of the Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
