INVITATION TO BID
SUPPLY OF LABOR, MATERIALS & EQUIPMENT FOR THE REHABILITATION OF COMON ROADWAYS
1. The Barangay Local Government of Brgy. Comon, Tabaco City, Albay intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php2,500,00.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY OF LABOR, MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT FOR THE REHABILITATION OF COMON ROADWAYS that was funded through the Local Government Support Fund-Financial Assistance to Barangays (LGSF-FA). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. Completion of Works is required One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in the Section II-Instruction to Bidder.
