Description : 1. The National Library of the Philippines (NLP), through the General Appropriations Act for CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Forty Million Pesos (40,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Gas-Based Fire Detection, Suppression and Control System for the 4th Level Stack Room (Cylinder & Gas-based Agent Only), 3rd Level Stack Room (Provision Only), 4th Floor Laboratory (Located at the Gallery), and 4th Floor Mini Gallery of the National Library of the Philippines Phase 4 (PB24-05). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The National Library of the Philippines (NLP) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required in ninety (90) calendar days.
