INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY OF DRUGS AND MECIDINES FOR C.Y. 2025 (RHU 3) AT VILLENA SUBD., SAN VICENTE, APALIT, PAMPANGA

1. The Municipality of Apalit, through the General Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only and 0/100 (Php 1,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY OF DRUGS AND MECIDINES FOR C.Y. 2025 (RHU 3) AT VILLENA SUBD., SAN VICENTE, APALIT, PAMPANGA [LGU-APA-04-25-2025]. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Apalit now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 Days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 Days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
