Description : 1) The Philippine Center for Postharvest Development and Mechanization (PHilMech), through the FY 2025 Coconut Farmers and Industry Trust Fund (CFITF) intends to apply the below-specified amount being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The PHilMech now invites bids for the SUPPLY, DELIVERY, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF COCONUT MACHINERY IN PHILMECH, SCIENCE CITY OF MUÑOZ, NUEVA ECIJA. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 calendar days for Lot 1, 90 calendar days for Lot 2, and 60 calendar days for Lot 3. Bidders should have completed, at least three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
