Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY, DELIVERY,
INSTALLATION, TESTING, AND COMMISSIONING
OF VARIOUS MAINTENANCE EQUIPMENT UNDER IB
2025-40

1) The Batanes General Hospital, through the Internally Generated Fund (IGF) CY 2025
intends to apply the sum of PhP1,164,394.00 being the Approved Budget for the
Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY, DELIVERY,
INSTALLATION, TESTING, AND COMMISSIONING OF VARIOUS MAINTENANCE
EQUIPMENT UNDER IB 2025-40. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Batanes General Hospital now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
Delivery of the Goods is required ninety (90) calendar days. Bidders should have
completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids,
contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the
Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
