  SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF BRAND NEW MOBILE DIGITAL X-RAY MACHINE UNDER IB NO. 26-30
  
  1) The Department of Health Bicol Center for Health Development (DOH Bicol CHD), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Four Million Pesos Only (Php 24,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Brand New Mobile Digital X-Ray Machine under IB No. 26-30. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2) The DOH Bicol CHD now invites bids for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning Brand New Mobile Digital X-Ray Machine under IB No. 26-30.
