1. The Department of Health-Bicol Center for Health Development (DOH-Bicol CHD), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Five Million Pesos Only (Php 25,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Brand New Computed Tomography (CT) Scanners (at least 32 slice) and Accessories under IB No.24-40. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
