1. The Municipality of Pavia, Iloilo, through the TF/MDRRM Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos Only (P 2,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of Tandem Stations (Automated Rain Gauges and Automated Water Level Sensors) for the Rehabilitation of the Hydro-Meteorological Sensors in Aganan-Tigum-Salog River Basin/ Contract No. 2025-42. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
