The Philippine Fiber Industry Development Authority (PhilFIDA), through the General Appropriations Act FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Nineteen Million Four Hundred Ten Thousand Pesos (PhP19,410,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Invitation to Bid for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of Branded and Brand New Pulp and Paper Testing Equipment - 2 Lots with Project Identification No. PB-09-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The award of the contract to the effectivity of the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for FY 2025.
