  INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF INVERTER AND NON-INVERTER TYPE AIR CONDITIONING UNITS (WALL MOUNTED AND CEILING CASSETTE TYPES)
  
  1) The Provincial Government of Davao de Oro, through the AB CY 2026 SB4 intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Thirty-Nine Thousand One Hundred Four Pesos (Php 2,139,104.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Installation of Inverter and Non-Inverter Type Air Conditioning Units (Wall-Mounted and Ceiling Cassette Types) for the use of Legislative Department- SPO with Purchase Request No. 26-0290 under Bid No. B-26-0008. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
