Description : 1) The DOH MEGA Drug Abuse Treatment and Rehabilitation Center, through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Two Hundred Eighty Seven Pesos and Fifty Centavos (Php 725,287.50) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Well-Milled Rice (50kg/Sack) (Early Procurement Activity). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The DOH MEGA Drug Abuse Treatment and Rehabilitation Center now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Well-Milled Rice (50kg/Sack) (Early Procurement Activity) using Single or Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bidder (S/LCRB). Delivery of the Goods is required as indicated in the Schedule of Delivery. Bidders should have completed, at least Three (3) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
