  SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VITAMINS AND MINERALS
  
  UNDER IB NO. 26-15
  
  1) The Department of Health Bicol Center for Health Development (DOH Bicol CHD),
  through the National Expenditure Program intends to apply the sum of Seventeen
  Million One Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Seven Hundred Forty-Seven Pesos
  and Ninety-Four Centavos Only (Php 17,175,747.94) being the Approved Budget
  for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of
  Vitamins and Minerals under IB No. 26-15. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall
  be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  2) The DOH Bicol CHD now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Vitamins and
  Minerals under IB No. 26-15 using the Early Procurement Activity. Delivery of the
  Goods is required on the expected delivery date stated in Section VI, Schedule of
