1. The CITY GOVERNMENT OF OROQUIETA, through the OCM - SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 1 CY 2025 - CAPITAL OUTLAY - OFFICE EQUIPMENT intends to apply the sum of NINE HUNDRED SIXTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P 960,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Various Office Equipment (1 unit 3-in-one Photocopier (Colored, A3); and 1 unit 3-in-one Photocopier (Monochrome) [Partial Bid 1 - P400,000.00]; 2 units Air Conditioner, 4 tonner, super inverter, split type, floor mounted; and 2 units Air Conditioner, 3 tonner, super inverter, split type, floor mounted) [Partial Bid 2 - P560,000.00], for various office use with PR No. 100-03-25-00755. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
